The courses are a holiday for the soul.
It’s an occasion to get into contact with our inner self, stop running around without a specific direction and understanding what our path in life is.
We all have a mission. There are people who say there are two important moments in our lives: the day we are born, and the day we find what our mission in life is!
The courses consist of six days of organic movement and dance and primary breathing techniques to connect to the flow of vital energy inside us. The course rounds up with a treatment protocol. These courses are open to all that are interested in personal growth, self healing as well as holistic therapists.
We get into contact with the physical body, releasing trapped emotions that block the path towards healing.
The connection with our inner self,source or higher being, regardless of its name is what helps us awaken our talents and inner strengths. This contributes to the re-connection with happiness which is our natural essence.
